Step 3: Key in your username and click the ‘Sign in’ button.

You will be prompted to enter your password. Upon approval, you will be allowed to access your online account.

How to reset the Forgotten Password

You can’t sign in to your online account because you have used an invalid password? You will have to enter your username and then you will be prompted to the password entry page. In the password entry page, you will be given a link to reset the password. Follow the instructions to reset the password.
